If your item arrives in a damaged condition or if you ordered the wrong size, you have 30 days to exchange the item.
If you need to exchange for another size, in the same design, you can send the item to:

You, as the customer, must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and include tracking. If your return gets lost and you have not purchased tracking for the item, you will not receive an exchange or a refund. Note that depending on where you live, shipping an item to Serbia is not cheap. The cost is your responsibility, so be sure to order the correct size.
We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any items that are found to have any animal hair on them.
To avoid the hassle of a return, be sure to check the sizing guide and consult with us if you have any questions.
We cannot accept a return or exchange if:
• It has been more than 30 days since you received your item.
• You damaged the item by not following the care rules written on the label and on our website. You will find care instructions on each product's page.
• You tore the item apart or damaged it in any other way.
Please note that returns are only accepted in exchange for the same item in a different size.
